The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards centre around organisations who are totally customer-orientated and show a consistent commitment to customer excellence.
First ‘Customer Commitment’ win for a firm of Accountants.
This year was also the first time in the history of the Awards that a firm of accountants has won this particular award which further demonstrates the impressiveness of SJD Accountancy’s level of commitment to its clients.
Charmaine Vallance-Poole, Customer Services Director at SJD Accountancy, commented that ‘she was delighted to have won such a prestigious award and that she would like to recognise all of the accountants and support staff who continually strive to provide the best possible service to our clients.
