At AXA Health our health insurance plans are designed to provide you with access to eligible treatment, depending on the options and plan you choose. So you can be confident that we will do all that we can to get you back on your feet as quickly as possible.

Business Health

If you take out business healthcare cover with us you’ll be able to choose your cover options so you can create a plan that works for you and your budget. (If you’re buying cover for 1-2 people only, you’ll need to include either the Treatment option or the Diagnostics Only option in your plan).

All of our cover options come with our 24/7 online GP service Doctor@hand (provided by Doctor Care Anywhere), providing you with unlimited access to GP appointments, by phone or online, for up to 20 minutes.^

Personal Health

Our personal health insurance plans are designed to cover you for new conditions that arise after you join. They cover you for treatment for a wide range of conditions as well as the cost of surgery, specialists' fees and drugs (if you need to spend time in hospital as an inpatient, outpatient drugs are not covered).

Cover for cancer is included as standard on our Personal Health plan, depending on your medical history. Plus you’ll receive 2 months free cover+ and a £100 M&S gift card or your choice of one of our other two available gifts++ when you join.

*Working Body is available to our healthcare members aged 18 years or over. Any face to face treatment required is only payable under the plan if you have chosen the Therapies option.

** Health at Hand nurses and counsellors are available 24/7. Midwives and pharmacists are available 8am-8pm Monday-Friday. 8am-4pm Saturday and 8am-12pm Sunday.

+The two months cover free offer is for new customers only. If paying annually, you will only be charged for 10 months of cover. If you pay monthly, the last two months of cover will be free. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other pricing offer, apart from our 5% discount for paying annually. Offer may be withdrawn at any time. At the renewal of your policy onwards, your premium will be calculated in the normal way.
