Terms and conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions relate to the offer campaign being promoted by SJD Accountancy Limited (“SJD” or “Promoter”). The promotion provides for a 50% billing discount off the first 6 months’ fees for new clients and a £50 Amazon voucher (“Promotion”).
1.2 You are eligible for the Promotion if:
(a) You became a new client of SJD during the Promotion Period (see paragraph 1.4); or
(b) You are a previous client of SJD who terminated those services more than 3 months prior to the Promotion start date and re-joined SJD on or after the start date of the Promotion.
1.3 You are not eligible for the Promotion if:
(a) You are an existing client of SJD; or
(b) You terminated SJD’s services within 3 months of the start date of the Promotion.
1.4 The Promotion will run from 9:00am 14/11/2022 until 8:00pm 20/11/2022 (“Promotion Period”) Entries received after this time will not be valid.
1.5 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
1.6 The £50 Amazon voucher will be emailed to eligible candidates following payment of the first installment of fees.
1.7 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Promotion to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
1.8 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

1.10 The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
