Terms and conditions
1.1 These terms and conditions relate to the offer campaign being promoted by SJD Accountancy Limited (“SJD” or “Promoter”). The Promotion provides for one free month of accounting, following payment of the first month, and with standard payment of fees applying from the third month of engagement.
1.2 You are eligible for the Promotion if:
(a) You became a new client of SJD during the Promotion Period (see paragraph 1.4); or
(b) You are a previous client of SJD who terminated those services more than 3 months prior to the Promotion start date and re-joined SJD on or after the start date of the Promotion;
AND
(c) You were referred to us from our partner, Touch Financial.
1.3 You are not eligible for the Promotion if:
(a) You are an existing client of SJD; or
(b) You terminated SJD’s services within 3 months of the start date of the Promotion; or
(c) You were not referred to us from our partner, Touch Financial.
1.4 The Promotion will run from 9:00am 01/02/2023 until 00:00am 28/02/2023 (“Promotion Period”). Any new clients engaged after this time will not eligible for the Promotion.
1.5 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
1.6 Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Promotion to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
1.7 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

1.9 The Promotion will be governed by English law and entrants to the Promotion submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
